Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders from any other countries. Our website is also only intended for use by consumers; that means people who want to buy
our products for personal use and not for any business purposes unless agreed with us.
We will do our best to try and deliver the products to you in accordance with the timescales set out in your dispatch confirmation email.
However, we cannot always guarantee that we will meet these dates due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
We will deliver the order to you to the delivery address you entered during the ‘checkout’ process. If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else as a result, we cannot be responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly.
RETURNS / REFUNDS:
PLEASE NOTE: That we do not do any refunds unless the product delivered to you is damaged or defective. We will only refund your money if this is reported
within 7 days of the delivery Date. If you notice a fault with our products please contact us within 7 days. A full refund will be made back to you, however the courier charges will be for your account. When sending a product back to us, please make sure you send a copy of your printed confirmation email with the reason stated on the back. If you are sending a product back please ensure that the address is stated as 45 Fifth Avenue, Northmead, Benoni, 1501.
Where possible, we ask that you please return the products in their original packaging. Where this is not possible, please ensure that products ate packaged securely to help ensure that they reach us safely and in a good condition. We regret to inform you that if you do not let us know within the 7 days of delivery no refunds will be made.
PLEASE NOTE: That if furniture items are ordered and paid for, no refunds will be made if orders are cancelled after 2 working days. If ordres are cancelled, a store voucher will be given for the same value of the furniture purchase.
Products prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will Not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation Email. Payments will be taken immediately on order. Payment for all products must be made by one of the methods offered during the ‘checkout’ process.
If we have not received your payment within 72 hours your order will be cancelled.
